I found CrossFit about 9 years ago at a time in my life when everything was falling apart. The hard work and discipline instilled in me through the family that I found in CrossFit gave me the strength and confidence I needed to rise up from my pit and propel me forward. I immediately earned my level 1 coaching certificate and devoted my life to bringing this out in others.
I have since obtained my level 2 certification as well as my CrossFit Kids certification. I’ve also attended CF Gymnastics ,Olympic Lifting and several coaching clinics. I have been a CF coach for over 8 years now and have had the pleasure of working with some amazing athletes and coaches but most of all people. I wanted to create a place where everyday people can come and find their inner extraordinary ,a place that frowns upon discouragement ,gossip and clicks but instead promotes health fitness and community. I want to serve this community by recognizing and honoring Veterans and First Responders by including elite athletes as well as those that consider themselves broken. I want to create an environment where 80 year old great grandmothers can swing a Kettlebell next to a 16 year old high school football player. While a 28 year old woman with Cerebral Palsy is sharing reps with a 40 year old soccer mom. I’ve set out to create a successful and sustainable business that will be in the community that I live in for many years to come. CrossFit saved me and I want to share that. I know I’ve achieved this when I look into the eyes of those in my classes and see the growth of strength and character in them.
