What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with a combination of interval training, weight lifting and aerobic exercise. At our CrossFit box you can expect a program with varied functional movements that are useful in everyday life. These movements are designed to build strength, stamina, cardio vascular respiratory endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. But most of all CrossFit is a fun way to build community and meet people that support and encourage you to surpass your goals.
What to expect at Premonition
Our gym is a diverse community of firefighters, police officers, sport athletes, nurses, soccer moms and grandparents. Our members are supportive and encouraging and provide a welcome environment for all. Classes start with a warm up and either a strength or a skill set followed by the WOD (workout of the day) ranging from 10-20 mins. Our coaches are able to scale and modify to your ability and fitness level. Every fitness level is welcome!
